To talk about the Silver I would first like to attach the graph of CRBINDEX RAW MATERIALS index, in this graph you can see how the raw materials have only experienced an upward rebound within their medium term bearish structure.
This rebound seems to come to an end based on several issues:
-double ceiling with break of short term bullish guidance
- bearish divergence in RSI
-Sales signal in MACD trend indicator, I have marked the previous bearish signals that gave the indicator with a vertical line in blue.
For all this I think more likely a cut of the silver, than an attack on the area of new short-term highs at levels of 40 dollars. But, this is just my opinion.
The evolution of this raw material as commented in his article Dan Norcini, is inversely related to the price of the dollar, see how when there are divergences in RSI on the dollar ceiling, the subsequent drops in the currency cause sharp rises in the silver .
At the moment we are in a correction in the currency and this is supported by the average of 150w, the price curve is bullish with series of maximums and lows increasing, therefore if there is an upside rebound in the currency from that zone, the price of silver would be affected in the reverse direction, that is, going back to levels of 38% or 50% of the increase in 32-30 dollars.
Thus, the strong resistance of the silver in levels of 34-35 dollars together with a possible cut in the indices of variable income (many are in resistance zone) would cause a rebound of the dollar and therefore it would cause a setback of the silver up to the levels previously commented.
